Our bespoke team can help you index more comments for selected posts or date ranges. Exporting all comments will take longer and cost more than standard social media reports. If you would like to use BirdSong Analytics for a research project but don’t have time to run the reports and do the analysis yourself, our research team can help. They regularly work with clients (large and small) to provide answers to questions that they have about how sectors and competitors are using Instagram. For example, we worked with Peperami and their agency to find our what other snack brands were posting about on Instagram and how they used different strategies to achieve engagement.

Instagram has rolled out Analytics for business pages only. With all new brand pages, the official Analytics start from your next post, meaning there is no historic analysis of your account posts. With BirdSong you can get a full analysis of all posts regardless of whether you are looking at a business ‘page’ or personal profile.
When you register with Instagram, you will be able to view your past posts and who is following you but you won’t be able to rank or download this data from your account. You will also be able to see what other publicly available accounts post, who is following them and who they follow. Again, Instagram does not let you interrogate this information in any more detail.
BirdSong Instagram Analytics allows you to export all followers from your own and other accounts so that you can carry out your own analysis. You can research the Instagram statistics for clients, competitors and other public accounts that you are interested in, create advertising lists, seek social influencers, and much more.
BirdSong Instagram Analytics is used by agencies, publishers, researchers, universities, journalists, legal firms, data analysts, SMEs, charities, large corporations and individuals across the world.
