We created BirdSong Analytics in 2010 because we couldn’t find a tool that would give us the data we wanted, on a “pay as you go” model. It seemed to us that social media analytics were only available to those working at large agencies, brands or companies with deep pockets.
Our mission is to give the world social media data that is simple to use, reasonably priced and without monthly fees.
We believe that you should be able to access the type of data that will help you make smarter use of social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook. We also believe that you should just be able to pay for the reports you need.
With BirdSong Analytics, you can look up and analyse any Twitter account, Instagram account, YouTube Channel or Facebook fan page. With every report, we provide in-depth analysis of audience and activity, with the option to export data for offline analysis.
Seven years down the line, we have over 10,000 users in more than 120 countries. These include agencies (large and small), brands, publishers, journalists, foundations, luxury travel blogs, universities, businesses and individuals.
We never take our customers for granted and know that there are lots of improvements that we can make to the user journey and depth of reporting. We are working on these but your feedback is always welcome.
